Tobias Hofmann
Partner and Managing Director Germany
Tobias is a management consultant with more than 18 years of international experience. His career has spanned engagements in the technology, automotive, aerospace, consumer goods and telecommunication industries in Europe, Asia, America and the Middle East.
Alongside his expertise in the design of corporate strategies and M&A, Tobias has extensive experience in productivity and cost improvement projects, especially in strategic sourcing, supply chain optimisation, process improvements, reorganisation and production.
His track record as management consultant encompasses amongst others the successful restructuring of many midsize companies, leading roles in major European mergers and the realization of multi-million savings for his clients. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC region, Tobias has lead major industry development projects, with special focus on the automotive and telecommunication sector.
Prior to Lansdowne, Tobias worked for A.T. Kearney in London, Paris and Munich and was Managing Partner of a leading international supply chain consultancy firm. He is founder and Managing Director of Lansdowne Consulting GmbH. Tobias is fluent in English, German and French.
Tobias holds a European Master in Management as well as the French “Diplôme de Grande École de Commerce” from ESCP European School of Management.

Jeff Fenyo
Partner and Managing Director Germany
Jeff Fenyo has more than 20 years of experience as a management consultant for leading companies in the automotive, consumer goods, and manufacturing industries in Europe, America, Asia, and the Middle East.
His expertise encompasses strategy and business development, turnarounds, restructuring and operational improvement in the areas of logistics, procurement, cost reduction programs, process optimization and customer service.
Among Jeff’s engagements, he has realized multi-million Euro savings through major strategic procurement initiatives for leading players in the automotive and hospitality sectors. Moreover, he drove the end-to-end acquisition, restructuring and return to profitability of a leading logistics operator for a holding specialized in special situations.
Previous to Lansdowne, Jeff worked at A.T. Kearney in London before establishing a successful turnaround consultancy. He is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Lansdowne Consulting in Germany and speaks English, Spanish and German.
Jeff holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of California and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.

Sebastian Bonmann

Sebastian is a management consultant with five years of international experience. His career has spanned engagements in the biotech, start-up & accelerator, telecommunications, consumer goods and industrial services industries in Europe, America and the Middle East.
Alongside his expertise in due diligences, corporate strategies and business development, Sebastian has experience in financial & business analysis, productivity and cost improvement projects, especially in strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization and process improvements.
His track record as management consultant encompasses amongst others the successful restructuring of a leading European industrial services provider, realization of multi-million savings for different clients and the successful execution of commercial and financial due diligences in multiple countries and industries.
Sebastian is fluent in English and German and holds a Masters degree in International Business from HULT International Business School (London & New York).

Dr. Marc Hentz
Associate Partner (Biotech, Life Science & Pharma)
Dr. Marc Hentz has more than 20 years experience in top management consulting, venture capital and high technology. Managed numerous projects in Strategy, Business Planning, BPR, Procurement, Restructuring and Supply Chain Management as well as the set-up and financing of international biotech and chemical organisations.
Industry expertise especially in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors, Chemical, Oil & Gas. Previously with A.T. Kearney as well as with the Industrial Investment Council and Biopolis & Company. Dr Hentz has held various board seats of biotech firms (including Chairman of the Board of RNAi firm Cenix Bioscience) and VC & PE funds.
Previous to Lansdowne, Marc worked at A.T. Kearney before establishing a successful biotech and pharma consultancy. He speaks English, French and German.
Marc holds a Diploma from the University of Hamburg and the University of California and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from University of Hamburg and Yale University.

Max Brattig
Associate Partner (Restructuring & Turnaround Management)
Max Brattig is Venture Capital and restructuring specialist with deep expertise in logistics and the international start-up scene. He has been involved with several portfolio companies and restructuring programs. He also mentors and invests as a successful business angel. He holds a Masters degree in Business & Managerial Economics from ESCP Europe.

Daniel Gerhard
Associate Partner (Working Capital Optimization)
Daniel is a management consultant with more than 15 years of international experience. During this career he has managed a range of engagements predominately in the technology, finance, pharmaceutical, chemical and telecommunications industry in Europe.
In addition to his experience in the three areas of Total Working Capital improvement ( TWC ) and Interim Management, Daniel has profound expertise in “supply chain” optimisation. His areas of special focus include purchasing and cost optimization, in particular strategic sourcing, as well as process optimization, restructuring, production and logistics.
His track record as a management consultant encompasses the restructuring of entire purchasing departments for several large international corporations, including after a transatlantic merger and various times following the consolidation of multiple portfolio companies. In addition, he took over the interim CPO role (i.e. “Head of Procurement”), for a leading global insurance company and had responsibility for a spend in the three digit millions. He also conducted numerous Total Working Capital improvement projects at various DAX and MDAX companies, achieving saving in TWC up to one monthly sales turnover.
Prior to Lansdowne, Daniel worked for Mitchell Madison Group in London, REL consultancy in London and Madrid and as independent senior advisor for various industrial and commercial clients. Since 2015 he is a Managing Partner at Lansdowne Consulting in Germany. Daniel is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Darmstadt and the German title Diplom-Kaufmann (Master in Management) as well as the French “Diplôme de Grande École de Commerce” from (EAP) ESCP European School of Management.

Simon Dorris
Partner
Simon has more than 18 years of board-level consulting experience and specialises in helping companies to transform their performance.
He is an expert for strategy development, corporate finance, transaction support, as well as in delivering complex change and turnaround projects. By focusing on the whole business problem – including the client’s implementation capacity – his teams develop answers to complex strategy & customer problems that stick and deliver lasting results on their top priority issues.
This pragmatic approach and track record underpins Lansdowne success in becoming a respected global firm with an international world-class team of experts.
Previous to Lansdowne Simon was with A.T. Kearney and is one of the founders of the investment bank Soundview Europe, later acquired by UBS and is a regular contributor on business issues for the BBC, CNBC, Sky News and Time Magazine.
He holds a PhD in particle physics gained from CERN, Geneva and holds several research prizes including the Hunter Prize for Research Excellence and the Thomson Experimental Prize.

Christian Boettcher

Christian has over 19 years of consulting experience in the US, Europe, Japan, China and across the Asia Pacific region. He has successfully worked with clients in the automotive, manufacturing, high-tech, telecommunications, consumer goods, and financial services industries.
He is an expert in strategy formulation, strategic M&A, turnaround & restructuring, market and channel development improvement issues, Asia market entry strategies and CRM. Christian is the author of several white papers and numerous articles and has been quoted frequently in the press.
Among his engagements, Christian has carried out the restructuring & turnaround of the US business of a Japanese tire manufacturer and developed the 10-year-strategy for a Japanese automotive OEM.
Previous to Lansdowne, Christian worked for A.T. Kearney, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting. He is co-founder of Lansdowne and responsibly for the Asian and North-American market. Christian is fluent in German, English, French and Japanese.
Christian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESPC in Paris.

Devrim Celal
Partner
Devrim is an experienced and versatile executive with blue chip management consultancy and finance background. He has sixteen years of experience in leadership positions across variety of industries, sectors and geographies.
While at A.T. Kearney, Devrim excelled in strategy development and through leadership winning awards.
He later crossed over to industry to establish the European operations of Sapient Corporation. He worked with the executive team to acquire companies to grow Sapient in Europe and broaden its capabilities.
He has been regularly interviewed and published. His work has been covered by local press, as well as, The Financial Times of London. He holds an MBA from Yale University.

Perry Childs
Partner
Perry Childs is management consultant with over 29 years of experience in organisational change management within the FMCG drinks industry, supply chain, and other key sectors. He has proven experience in the design and delivery of complex change programmes both as an industry executive and an external advisor. His expertise covers supply chain management, manufacturing, product management, operational design and delivery, process improvement, strategic sourcing and strategic planning with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness programmes.
Perry has worked with a global service provider to diagnose service line profitability performance issues which lead to a major operating model redesign and change programme to help them leap frog their competitors. He has supported a major overhaul of the manufacturing process and systems for a major CPG. This achieved the strategic aim to reduce support costs by 30% (FY06) through strategic sourcing – 20% realised in first year. In addition, he led a major initiative to consolidate the Global supply manufacturing footprint across Europe and Americas post acquisitions of a number of premium brands
Working with the Global CIO for Guinness, Perry led a small organisational design team to create a single Global IS function for the merged Diageo business units. He led the change capability development for a major airline’s finance processes re-engineering programme in order to release £1bn back into the corporation. Perry is associate partner of Lansdowne in London. Before Lansdowne he was with A.T. Kearney and held executive positions at Diageo and PepsiCo. Perry is fluent in English. He holds a Master of Science (hons) in Electronics, Computer and Systems Engineering from Loughborough University.
